Karen Dodson is 'Wed In Ireland's Founder and Principal Co-ordinator. Karen worked in TV production for 14 Years with RTE, Ireland's National TV station. Her experience in all facets of the planning and styling process give her a distinctive grasp and flair for wedding coordination.

Suzanne Dodson is the administrative and logistical heart of Wed in Ireland. It falls to Suzanne to make the dreams and designs of our weddings a practical reality on the ground. She is the administrative foundation of our weddings and has been known to work miracles on behalf of our couples.

Mags Cross also worked with RTE for 17 years and is the original Riverdance costume designer. She worked for 5 years in the Abbey theatre as wardrobe assistant. Mags was the costume designer for La Boheme, the Ceoltas Ceoltoiri Eireann tour of China 98/99 and the Annuna Choir. Her Bridal designs won the 'Traditional Bride of the Year' 1997/98.
